Life Support
With Bridget Paige
A non-clinical, faith-aware supportive coaching and community offering grounded in pastoral care and holistic wellness for those navigating loss, transition, and rebuilding steadiness after life fractures.
About Life Support
Life Support exists for people who are functioning on the outside but carrying a great deal beneath the surface.
It is a guided, non-clinical space for reflection, discernment, and steady forward movement during seasons of grief, uncertainty, relationship loss, identity shifts, or prolonged stress.
This is not therapy or crisis care.
It is a supportive container for people who want clarity, grounding, and companionship as they find their footing again.
As an ordained minister and board-certified holistic health practitioner, I offer faith-aware support informed by lived experience, pastoral care, and a holistic understanding of wellbeing. Participants are encouraged to seek licensed mental health or medical care when appropriate.
Who This Is For
Life Support may be a good fit if you are:
-
navigating the end of a relationship or major life transition
-
living in an extended season of uncertainty or emotional limbo
-
rebuilding after trauma, loss, or burnout
-
seeking support that respects faith, doubt, and discernment
-
tired of productivity-driven or overly prescriptive programs
-
longing for steadiness rather than quick fixes
Life Support is especially welcoming to neurodivergent individuals, including those with overlapping autism and ADHD traits. My lived experience and years of supporting neurodivergent families inform a pace and structure that understands executive function challenges, burnout, and non-linear progress.
What Life Support Offers
Depending on format, Life Support may include:
-
supportive, non-clinical coaching
-
guided reflection and journaling prompts
-
faith-aware discussion and prayer (optional, never forced)
-
structured group conversations with clear boundaries
-
language for discernment, boundaries, and self-trust
-
realistic pacing that honors fluctuating capacity
This is a space that values clarity, compassion, and personal agency — not performance or constant positivity.
What Life Support Is Not
For clarity and safety, Life Support is not:
-
therapy or mental health treatment
-
crisis or emergency support
-
diagnosis or medical care
-
a substitute for licensed professionals
-
an open-ended venting space
Clear boundaries protect both participants and the work itself.
